We aim at sake brewing to create a sake that has just the right amount of flavor, sharpness in taste, tastes great as a mid-meal drink, and is "the kind of sake you just can't stop drinking.Founded in 1882. The sake is named after Li Bai, a Tang Dynasty poet who called himself "Sake Sen," and was named by Mr. Reijiro Wakatsuki, former Prime Minister of Japan and a native of Matsue City.
We hope you will enjoy it with your daily meals and as a communication tool.
