Founded in 1904. Winters are cold, summers are hot. It is a sake brewery located in Aizuzaka downtown, near the center of the Aizu Basin. While watching the growth of locally grown rice, you can feel the state of the rice firsthand, and brew sake by taking advantage of the characteristics of the rice. We aim for sake that has a personality that naturally exudes. While aiming to further improve the quality of sake, we will continue to face sake with all our hearts and souls without forgetting the uniqueness of Akebono Sake Brewery, and continue to make "sake that continues to evolve with the times and nature" and "sake that infinitely springs up with fun whether it is made or drunk".
Currently, we do not allow visitors and do not sell directly to customers as we do not have a store.
