Founded in 1689. Located in Masuda where is Uchigura, which is a national Important Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings, it is the only remaining sake brewery in Masuda Town.
In cooperation with local farmers, the brewery produces a wide variety of sake rice, including rare rice, and releases more than 50 varieties of limited edition sake brewing every year by combining various yeasts and production method and we are taking on the challenge of brewing a variety of sake.
The representative brand ""Mansaku no Hana"" is a brand that was born when the NHK TV series of the same name set in Yokote City, Akita Prefecture was aired in Showa 56.
For 200 yen, visitors can tour the ""Uchigura,"" a nationally registered tangible cultural property.
In addition, visitors can sample sake and amazake (sweet sake) at the direct sales shop located next to the building.
