Located by the sea in Suzuka City, our company was founded in 1869 by Seizaburo Shimizu, who make sake brewing. Our representative brands are Zaku and Suzukagawa. Before the Ise Jingu Shrine was built in its current location, Suzuka was known as "Umasake Suzukakuni (Land of Aromatic Sake Suzuka)".
We hope to live up to this name by continuing to make good sake and good sake in the present and future.
Brewery tours and tastings are not available.
