Chuson-ji Temple, the World Heritage Site of the Michinoku region in Hiraizumi, and the Tohoku Daihonzan of the Tendai sect, Sekizan.
Seishu Kanzan, which is the representative sake of Ryoban Shuzo, was given the name ""Kanzan"", the mountain name of Chuson-ji.
It has been enjoyed by many as a dry sake.
In addition, we are striving to brew a new generation of sake by adding the sweet, activated muddy sake ""Oshu-no-ohho"", ""KANZAN"" brewed with wine yeast, and the liqueur ""Hiraizumi no Umeshu"" to our lineup so that they can be enjoyed as an accompaniment to various food cultures.
Brewery tours and tastings are not available.
