Yokogawa Distillery is a long-established distillery in Kirishima City, Kagoshima Prefecture that has been in operation since the 1940s. For many years they have been making shochu, a traditional Japanese distilled spirit.The distillery features an all-potato shochu made with Kagoshima-grown Kogane-Sengan, which is also used for the malted rice.Kirishima, where the distillery is located, is a mountain range rich in nature and very famous place for its spring water.We hope you will enjoy the shochu produced by the craftsmen's skills and the nature of Kirishima.
