Kikuchi Shuzo, the sake brewery of "Sanzen" and "Kiseki-no- Sake", was founded in 1878 and is located in the port town of Bicchu Tamashima, which once prospered with the passing of the Sengoku boats.
Using rice suitable for sake brewing, such as "Yamada-Nishiki", the highest grade of sake rice, and "Omachi", the pride of Okayama, and water from the Takahashi River system, which boasts excellent water quality, the company continues to take on the challenge of quality-oriented sake brewing with the delicate and outstanding skills of its chief sake brewery makers.
As a result, the company has received numerous awards both in Japan and abroad, and is actively investing in facilities to improve quality and exporting sake overseas.
