Introduction

Founded as a sake brewery in Keio 2, it switched to shochu production shortly after the war. In Showa 48, the sixth generation Sen Nikaido developed barley koji and released 100% mugi "Oita Mugi Shochu Nikaido".
Representative brands include Oita Mugi Shochu Nikaido, Kicchomu, Yatsugai, Hayatsuhime, etc.
