Even now, abundant underground water from Mt. Kurikoma, a famous peak that straddles the three prefectures of Miyagi, Iwate, and Akita, springs out from the well on the premises.
The representative brand ""Kurikomayama"" was named out of gratitude for the deep greenery, crystal clear water, and blessings of the earth.
