Shiga Shuzou

We sell local sake made using underground water from the Suzuka Mountains and domestic rice, rice shochu "Itadaki" made over time by the vacuum distillation method, and sake cake from the sake production process, as well as lees for pickles and kasu soup.
We also manufacture and sell "Biwako Iimichi Beer" that allows you to enjoy the original taste of beer using a non-filtered and unheated manufacturing method.

Brewery tours and tastings are not available.
