This landmark event will bring together Japan\u2019s traditional sake, honkaku shochu, and awamori, all crafted using brewing and distillation techniques recently recognized as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At this two-day festival, guests can taste and purchase a wide selection of premium sake and shochu from all over Japan while engaging directly with the passionate producers behind them.
