In this recipe, sake is used to add flavor!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients (3 &#8211; 4 Servings)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><table><tbody><tr><td>150g of pancake mix<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>30g of sugar<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>20g of pure cocoa<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>2 eggs<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>40ml of sake<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>40ml of fresh cream<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>50ml of milk<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>40g of melted butter<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>10 strawberries<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Oil<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Whipped Cream, as needed<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Make: (Steps)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 1:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut 2 of the strawberries in half with the stems attached for decoration. Cut 4 of the rest into 5mm cubes and the rest into quarters, and pat dry with paper towels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 2:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, cocoa, sake, cream, and melted butter, then add the pancake mix. Mix well, and add (Step 1) cut in half.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat oil in a frying pan, pour in (Step 2), cook over low heat without it burning, and when bubbles appear on the surface, flip over and cook over low heat for another 2 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 4:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place (Step 3) on a serving dish and top with whipped cream and strawberries for garnish.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Why not use pancake mix to make an easy, slightly luxurious snack?
