Combined with garlic and ginger, it gives a punch of flavor and finish off with some sesame seeds for an appetizing aroma to make your hungry for more!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This dish pairs beautifully with <a href=\"https:\/\/japansake.or.jp\/sake\/en\/basic\/what-does-sake-taste-like\/\">fruity sake, or those with a very deep and rich aroma<\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients (2 Servings)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><table><tbody><tr><td>6 chicken wings<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>(A) A pinch of salt and pepper<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>(A) 2 tablespoons of soy sauce<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>(A) 1 tablespoon of Japanese sake<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>(A) 1 tablespoon of honey<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>(A) 2 teaspoons of grated garlic<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>(A) 2 teaspoons of grated ginger<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>2 tablespoons of potato starch<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>3 tablespoons of white sesame seeds<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Salad oil, as needed<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>2 tablespoons of Japanese sake<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Sesame oil, as needed<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Herb mixture, as needed<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Cherry tomatoes, as needed<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>How to Make: Steps<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 1:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make cuts on the chicken wings along the bone and place in a bowl. Marinate the chicken with ingredients (A).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 2:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leave the chicken for 10 minutes. Add in potato starch and white sesame seeds to a bowl and dredge the chicken wings in it. Make sure they are well-coated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken wings in the frying pan and cook til golden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 4:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add Japanese sake, cover with a lid, lower the heat to low to steam the chicken wings. Finally, remove the lid, raise the heat to high, to let the leftover water evaporate.
