Simply wrap rice paper with store-bought burdock salad, shredded cabbage, chicken, peeled shrimp, etc., and roll it up! Adding nikirizake (sake with the alcohol removed) to the Tianmian sauce enhances the delicious flavors<\/a> and also mellows out the spiciness. Also, sprinkling sake over the peeled shrimp and heating it will alleviate any unwanted smells<\/a> that come with thawed ingredients. The colorful appearance and delicate texture of the wrap make this dish attractive and is a good source of vegetable nutrition.
