To make the quiche golden brown, spray some <a href=\"https:\/\/japansake.or.jp\/sake\/en\/tag\/buy-sake-online\/\">Japanese sake<\/a> on the surface before baking it in the oven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients (18-cm tart pan)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><table><tbody><tr><td>70g of onion<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>100g of cabbage<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>60g of asparagus<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>40g of bacon<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>20g of butter<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>2 frozen puff pastry sheets<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>(A) 2 eggs<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u2517 80cc of milk<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u2517 90cc of fresh cream<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u2517 2 tablespoons of grated cheese<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u2517 A pinch of salt<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u2517 A pinch of pepper<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u2517 Japanese sake as needed<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Make: Steps<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 2:<br>Slice the onion and cut cabbage into pieces, and cut the bacon in a rectangular shape. Cut the asparagus diagonally into 4-5 cm length.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 3:<br>Make some holes in the puff pastry sheet using a fork and place it over a heatproof plate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 4:<br>Heat butter in a pan and add bacon. When the bacon is cooked, add the onion and cabbage and saute lightly. Then add them into (Step 3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 5:<br>Put (A) into a bowl and mix. Then, pour into (Step 4) and spread the asparagus on top for decoration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 6:<br>Pour Japanese sake into a spray bottle and spray on the surface of the quiche.
