Meanwhile, mix honey (or maple syrup) with sake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 2:<br>Chop the nuts and dried fruits. Mix all the ingredients other than dried fruits, and spread them evenly on the baking tray. Make sure to lay parchment paper over the tray beforehand.<br>Bake at 120\u00b0C for 80 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 3:<br>Let it cool for a while, and then add dried fruits and cinnamon.
