Edamame and tofu are both rich in vitamin B1, so let\u2019s get over summer fatigue with \u201cthe power of beans\u201d!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients (2 Servings)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><table><tbody><tr><td>100g edamame (green soybeans)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>120g silken tofu<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>2 tablespoons of nikirizake (sake with its alcohol evaporated)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>50cc fresh cream<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>3g granulated consomme<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>50cc hot water<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>A pinch of salt<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>A pinch pepper<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Make: Steps<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 1:<br>Boil and cool the edamame, take them out from the pod, and remove the thin skin. Put four peas aside for decoration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 2:<br>Put (1), silken tofu, granulated consomme (dissolved in hot water), and fresh cream into the blender, and mix until it gets smooth.
