Enjoy it with the sweet and sour sauce made from pineapple and yogurt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients (2 Servings)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><table><tbody><tr><td>400g beef thigh block<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><meta charset=\"utf-8\">(A) 2 tablespoons of marmalade<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u2517 2 tablespoons of olive oil<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><meta charset=\"utf-8\">\u2517 1\/2 tablespoon of sake<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><meta charset=\"utf-8\"><meta charset=\"utf-8\">\u2517 1 teaspoon of grated garlic (tube)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><meta charset=\"utf-8\">1\/2 zucchini<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><meta charset=\"utf-8\">1\/2 red bell pepper<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>4-5 Leaves of bay leaf<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Salt as needed<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Pepper as needed<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Olive oil as needed<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>(B) 50g plain yogurt<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u2517 20g pineapple<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u2517 1\/4 teaspoon of salt<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u2517 1\/2 teaspoon of lemon juice<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Make: Steps<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 1:<br>Cut the beef into large pieces and put them in a plastic bag. Then, add (A) and marinate for 2 hours in the fridge (or 30 minutes at room temperature).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 2:<br>Cut the zucchini in round slices and red bell pepper vertically in four pieces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 3<br>Spread parchment paper over the baking tray, stick (Step 11) and (Step 2) on a skewer, and line them up. Then, apply some bay leaf on top, and sprinkle salt, pepper, and olive oil. Bake it at 200\u00b0C for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 4:<br>Cut the pineapple into fine pieces, and make a sauce by mixing it with (B).
