In 1945, 10 breweries on Awaji Island, Hyogo prefecture, Japan's most famous sake brewing region, merged by unifying their ambitions. This is one of the rare breweries in Japan that uses the "funagake tenbin shibori" method of pressing.

Junmai Daiginjo Mugendai
Junmai Daiginjo Mugendai is a gem of a sake brewed with the prestige of the brewery. It uses 100% Yamada Nishiki, the highest grade of sake rice produced in Hyogo prefecture. For pressing, a method rarely seen anywhere in Japan, funagake tenbin shibori, is used.
