Originally founded in 1812, Wakamatsu Tokyo Port Brewery was revived after 100 years and is currently the only sake brewery in Tokyo's 23 wards. It has also been given the name "Edo Kaijo" (The Fall of Edo) because of its history in the capital formerly known as Edo.
