Mixsing it up

Sake’s various aromas and flavors blend well with fruit juices as well as liqueurs. In fact sake has given birth to a host of delightful sake cocktails.

    • Samurai rock
      45 ml sake, 15 ml lime juice
      Pour sake and lime juice into a rocks glass filled with ice.
    • Sake slush
      60 ml sake, crushed ice
      Pour sake into a champagne flute filled with crushed ice.
    • Sake highball
      60 ml sake, 60 ml club soda
      Fill an 8-10 oz tumbler with ice, add sake, then top off with soda.
    • Nigorizake Milkshake
      60 ml nigorizake、60 ml milk
      Pour milk into a rocks glass filled with ice and sake then stir slowly.
    • Green Iced Tea
      60 ml sake, 60 ml green tea
      Pour green tea into a rocks glass filled with ice and sake then stir slowly.
    • Sake cassis
      60 ml sake, 5 ml crème de cassis
      Pour crème de cassis into a wine glass filled with ice and sake then stir slowly.
